All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. All products are sold as-is.

Damaged Products

Smokey Moe’s Distribution is not responsible for any damages that occur during transit. All shipments are handled by third-party carriers.

If your order arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Order Fulfillment

All shipments are considered FOB Shipping Point. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the shipment, including loss or damage.
